The American Legion is a patriotic veterans organization that serves veterans and the community. Conveniently located between the Root River Bike Trail and Highway 16, the American Legion Post 94 in Rushford is open to the public.

- Full menu served on Tuesday's, Thursday's and Friday's 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- Tuesday's is Burger night & meat raffles
- Wednesday is wine Wednesday
- Thursday's are taco & taco salads & margaritas
- Friday's are Fish & shrimp specials
- The cafe will be starting breakfast on April 1st, 7am - 11am Monday - Sunday
The American Legion has a large room, with licensed kitchen and seating up to 225, available for wedding receptions, parties, meetings and events of all types. Legion Riders Chapter.
