A business merged with its sister company across the street and has made available this large storefront space at 120 W. Jessie Street. For Sale: Coffeehouse with upstairs rentals
*Price Reduced* Now is Your Time! 116 W. Jessie Street is for sale after 9+ years of operations as Jessie Street Java. The property’s upstairs has a 2-bedroom apartment and a 3-bedroom apartment. The property’s asking price of $328,000 includes the coffeehouse business, all inventory, equipment, furniture and décor. The current owners also offer complete training – bookkeeping, payroll, supplier contacts, drink assembly, espresso maintenance, etc., meaning no experience needed and not having to start your business from scratch. The coffeehouse remained profitable during Covid closings, due to the Drive Thru service and faithful, daily customers! The property has been a community gathering place since opening in 2014. There is room for expansion in way of services offered and extended business hours. New ownership with fresh perspective could elevate growth! The owners said, “This has been an incredible place to raise our girls. They have learned so many life skills here. We have loved our staff and all the friends we’ve met through the simple exchange of conversations over coffee. However, now that our children are grown, we would like to turn our attention to the possibility of a different business opportunity and also help more on the family farm.” Serious inquiries are welcome to stop by Tuesday-Friday 6am-2pm or Saturday 8am-11am. More details here.
